Amy Mayes was named after a country song. She loves horses and dobermans.
A graduate of Cornish College of the Arts, her favorite stage roles include Jane Bennet in Pride & Prejudice, Catherine in Proof, The Princess in Love's Labour's Lost and Helena in A Midsummer Night's Dream. She has worked in many Seattle theaters including; Book-it Repertory, GreenStage, quiet, Seattle Theater Group, and Pocket Theater to name a few. Her most recent credits are Julia in The Blanket of Fear as part of the Tribes Project and Daisy in Rhinoceros at Strawberry Theatre Workshop.
Amy's work can also be seen on film. She has been on screen at the 48 Hour Film Project, Investigation Discovery Channel, and various webseries projects including Imaginary Friends which she co-produced with her husband and Katherine Jett.
