Todd Redenius A Seattle based Director/Writer. I own and operate all my gear, which includes a Canon HV40, Letus 35 mini, 35mm,50mm,85mm Nikon Lenses, Redrock follow focus, H4N Zoom, Azden shotgun microphones, Boom Poles, Manfrotto tripods, Lights, and Dolly with multiple tracks. I prefer to use macintosh computers and to edit with final cut express or imovie HD for on set editing. My experience so far includes 9 films ranging from drama, thriller and horror suspense. These films range from 10 minutes to 70 minutes. My goals are simple do it yourself and shoot everything your way. You don't need a studio or millions of dollars to make a movie. Now with digital technology we can make movies for super cheap and learn the technical aspects as well as honing your story telling skills. There's nothing wrong with developing your talent that way, and should be encouraged over "traditional methods" like film school.
