Monique is an actor and singer. Her recent credits include Witch Prison (Violet Marrowlick),  A Very Die Hard Christmas (Sgt. Al Powell), and Avenue Q (Gary Coleman). She has participated in staged readings including "The Shape of Trust," produced by the City of Seattle's Race & Social Justice Initiative and directed by Sara Porkalob, and "The Clinic", a Planned Parenthood fundraiser produced by Copious Theater and directed by Aviona Rodriguez-Brown. She also performs with Dinner Detective, a mystery dinner theater production. Currently she is in rehearsals for The Originals (produced by Play Your* Part) which will be presented November 7th-24th at Youngstown Cultural Arts Center.
 
In her free time, Monique enjoys singing in the Seattle Ladies Choir which she joined in 2012. She was an inaugural member of the Seattle Karaoke League, competing in seasons 1-3. Her lifetime capacity for memorizing random facts was finally rewarded when she competed as a contestant on Jeopardy! in 2014. 
 
In 2005, Monique graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a B.A in Psychology and a minor in Spanish, in which she retains a moderate fluency.
